7th & 8th Grade Canoe
Trip
A Boundary Waters canoe trip is being planned through Voyager Outfitters
for Aug. 4-8.
Total cost of the trip is $268 which includes food, canoes, tent,
sleeping bag, and life jacket.All you need to bring is your Bible,
Clothes, personal items (must have
biodegradable soap & shampoo) and your sense or adventure.Please sign up on Deb’s office door by
May 2 if you plan to go.
P.R.A.Y. Summer
Service Trip
The Pelican Rapids Area Youth are planning a summer service trip to
Minneapolis
on July 18-21.The purpose of the trip is to
work with Urban Immersion Service Retreats to help inner city people who
live in poverty.We may be serving meals at a
homeless shelter,Working at a battered women’s
center,
restocking groceries at a food
shelf, or doing painting & repairs at low-income housing.The cost of the retreat is $160.We will also be going to a Twin’s
game so add more for a ticket and a few meals.Please sign up on Deb’s office
door by May 30.A $50 deposit is due with your
registration.
